Bernie has 30 years in business leadership roles, and since 2014 has focused on coaching, logging 3,500 consulting, coaching and training hours. He earned his BBA at Gonzaga University, has been certified as a Senior Professional in H.R. (SPHR) since 2013, has an ACTP certificate from UT-Dallas, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

As part of the PRAX leadership team, Bernie’s responsibilities include product content creation, summit and workshop presentations, Pioneer coaching and development, and social media support.

He is a husband, father, and grandfather and resides in Austin, TX.
