Loren McAnally

Chief Operating Officer

Loren serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading the development, execution, and growth of PRAX programs. With 12 years of experience in fast-paced healthcare companies - and a track record that includes leading 4,000+ employees as a Regional VP - her passion lies in building high-performing teams through self-leadership skills and strong organizational communication.

Along with deep operational expertise, Loren is known for her ability to coach employees at every level, unlocking their potential, elevating their performance, and helping them lead with confidence. Her work spans healthcare, veterinary consulting, leadership development, and instructional design, all rooted in the belief that great leadership starts with influencing oneself. Having begun her education with a B.S. in molecular genetics, she is keenly aware of the importance of neurobiology in the emotional and cognitive regulation of day-to-day leadership, and she is motivated to share this knowledge and practice with leaders across the nation.

Loren is currently wrapping up her MBA at Johns Hopkins, with specializations in entrepreneurial technology and finance, and she lives in Philadelphia with her husband, two kids, and their Catahoula Leopard dog, Zoe.
